    I eventually managed to find my way through the maze of diversions to purchase an item then when I was offered the option of linking the purchase to my 'rewards card' to take advantage of points from my purchase, attempting to link was a nightmare with the program refusing to accept the verification code sent to me as 'incorrect' - ditto for subsequent codes sent when I asked for another. I have yet to see what happens when I go to collect the item from the Nambour store. I hope that process goes more smoothly. .... Comment. Before I attempted the 'linking' with the reward card, there was a request for me to rate the service came up. How can I rate the service when I have not yet picked up my purchase?
